Biography

Nicholas A. Miller is Of Counsel at Brenlove & Fuller, LLC and maintains a wide-reaching litigation and commercial transactions practice.  Mr. Miller has experience in handling complex and commercial litigation matters, civil RICO litigation, employment issues, construction disputes, administrative proceedings, personal injury and other matters.

Mr. Miller has taken his experiences in the courtroom and applied them to his work in commercial transactions, which includes work within specialized and highly regulated field of liquor licensing and beverage alcohol law, real estate, business sales and acquisitions, and business formation.

Having grown up in a small, family-owned business in Southwestern Pennsylvania, Mr. Miller understands and appreciates the issues facing business owners and not only assists them with their current problems and disputes but helps them prepare for potential issues in the future.

Mr. Miller strives to be equal parts practical and efficient in servicing the legal needs of his clients.  He understands that every matter has multiple angles and narratives and Mr. Miller prides himself in trying to see all sides of any dispute or transaction to reach an amicable compromise.  However, there are also times when such an initial amicable approach is not possible, or a resolution cannot be reached, and Mr. Miller will work with you to determine what potential legal courses of action are in your best interest.

Mr. Miller has spoken on beverage alcohol and legal ethics issues with the National Bar Institute.  He lives with his wife, children, and dog in O’Hara Township.
